You will be working in a team to build and nurture Tripoto's online community of travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with the community
- Strategising and executing social media campaigns to grow and engage community
- Communicating with the community – customer support and managing feedback
- Analysing campaigns and preparing reports on community insights
Requirements
- Experience in building a community
- Strong copywriting skills
- Social media experience
- Some PR experience preferred
