Job Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
✅ Provide accurate information regarding products and services
✅ Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Maintain customer records and follow up on requests
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and support
Skills Required
✔ Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
✔ Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
✔ Ability to work in a team environment
✔ Problem-solving and multitasking skills
