Job Description – Marketing Manager
Gleuhr Clinics
We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of marketing for Gleuhr Clinics across all locations.
The role will be responsible for driving qualified patient leads, appointment demand, clinic visibility and brand growth through digital and offline marketing while closely coordinating with Sales, CRM, Clinic Operations and Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Ownership
* Own the complete marketing plan for all Gleuhr clinic locations.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing calendars and budgets.
* Develop clinic-wise strategies based on revenue targets, capacity and local market potential.
* Ensure consistent positioning of Gleuhr as a specialist skin and pigmentation clinic brand.
2. Performance & Lead Generation
* Manage and optimize Meta, Google and other paid marketing channels.
* Drive qualified leads for consultations and clinic appointments.
* Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion, CAC and ROAS.
* Track performance clinic-wise, campaign-wise and treatment-wise.
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
3. Lead Quality & Revenue Coordination
* Work closely with the Sales/Appointment and CRM teams to understand:
* Lead quality
* Contactability
* Appointment booking %
* Show-up %
* Consultation conversion
* Revenue generated from marketing leads
* Optimize campaigns based on actual business outcomes, not just lead volume.
4. Clinic & Local Area Marketing
* Build local marketing plans for each clinic.
* Execute outdoor branding, local activations, partnerships, events and referral initiatives.
* Identify opportunities with gyms, salons, corporates, societies and other relevant local partners.
* Develop strategies to increase walk-ins and awareness within each clinic’s catchment area.
5. New Clinic Launches
* Take marketing ownership of new clinic launches.
* Develop pre-launch and post-launch campaigns.
* Build appointment pipelines before opening.
* Coordinate launch creatives, digital campaigns, local branding, influencer activities and events.
6. Brand & Content
* Maintain consistent brand communication across all clinics and platforms.
* Coordinate social media content, reels, patient education, doctor content and treatment communication.
* Build strong communication around pigmentation, acne, anti-ageing and other key treatment categories.
* Ensure all creatives and claims follow appropriate brand and compliance standards.
7. Influencer & Social Media Marketing
* Identify and manage relevant influencers and creators.
* Negotiate collaborations and track measurable outcomes.
* Develop clinic-specific and brand-level social media campaigns.
* Monitor reviews, online reputation and patient sentiment.
8. Agency & Marketing Team Management
* Manage internal marketing resources, designers, content creators and external agencies.
* Set clear KPIs, timelines and deliverables.
* Review campaign performance daily and conduct structured weekly/monthly reviews.
* Ensure timely execution without dependency on constant management follow-up.
Reporting & KPIs
The Marketing Manager will be accountable for:

* Lead-to-appointment conversion

* Customer acquisition cost
* Marketing-attributed revenue
* ROAS
* Clinic-wise marketing performance
* Organic/social growth
* New clinic launch performance
* Marketing budget vs actual performance
Candidate Profile
* Experience: 5–8+ years in performance/digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness or multi-location consumer businesses.
* Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience managing significant monthly marketing budgets.
* Strong analytical ability and understanding of funnels, CRM and attribution.
* Experience managing agencies and internal marketing teams.
* Comfortable working with aggressive growth and revenue targets.
* Experience in a multi-location/clinic model will be strongly preferred.

The Marketing Manager should be able to take ownership of the complete journey:
Creatives/shoots, Marketing Spend → Lead → Appointment → Show-up → Consultation → Conversion → Revenue
The person should be equally comfortable reviewing campaign dashboards, discussing lead quality with the sales team, planning a clinic launch, evaluating creatives and presenting marketing ROI to management.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
