Key Responsibilities1.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring (blue-collar + white-collar)
- Reduce attrition and hiring gaps
- Build pipeline of workers, supervisors, and managers
- Conduct structured interviews & skill evaluation
KPI: Time to hire, quality of hire, retention rate
2. Attendance & Workforce Discipline
- Implement and manage daily attendance system (biometric / Google Form / app)
- Track late coming, absenteeism, shift adherence
- Ensure strict leave and discipline policies
KPI: Attendance % improvement, reduction in absenteeism
3. Training & Onboarding
- Ensure new employee onboarding within 7 days
- Coordinate with systems like your AI training (ScaleUp / Clone.X)
- Maintain SOP-based training modules
KPI: Time to productivity, training completion rate
4. Performance Management
- Track employee performance (output-based, not effort-based)
- Design KPIs for each department (production, dispatch, sales)
- Conduct monthly reviews
KPI: Productivity per employee, output consistency
5. Payroll & Compliance
- Manage salary processing, PF, ESIC, statutory compliance
- Ensure labour law compliance
- Handle audits and documentation
KPI: Zero compliance issues, payroll accuracy
6. Employee Issue Handling
- Handle conflicts, grievances, and misconduct
- Take strict but fair actions (warnings, suspensions if needed)
- Build accountability culture
KPI: Reduced disputes, improved discipline
7. HR Systems & Automation
- Implement HR dashboards & reports
- Automate attendance, leave, performance tracking
- Share daily/weekly reports with management
KPI: Reporting accuracy, real-time visibility
Required Skills
- Strong discipline & authority handling capability
- Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive industry
- Knowledge of labour laws (India)
- Ability to implement systems, not just manage people
- Strong communication (Hindi + basic English)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
