Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in administrative and office management tasks.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service and telephone handling skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception or Front Office role.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
