Job Summary
ISIEINDIA is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Mobilization Executive to engage and mobilize ITI and Diploma students for skill development programs and technical training initiatives. The role involves extensive fieldwork, institutional coordination, and student counseling to drive enrollments and ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize ITI and Diploma students by visiting institutes and promoting training programs through seminars, presentations, and direct interaction.
- Generate student leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert them into enrollments while achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and faculty members for long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with institutes to plan and schedule seminars, counseling sessions, and mobilization activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, manage student databases, and track enrollment progress effectively.
- Counsel students regarding available programs, career opportunities, and guide them through the registration and documentation process.
- Support on-ground promotional activities, awareness drives, and institutional events.
- Ensure regular reporting of mobilization activities and performance updates to the management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in student mobilization, field marketing, or education counseling
- Prior experience with ITI or Diploma institutions will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
