- Generate and qualify B2B leads for solar projects.
- Meet with commercial and industrial clients to understand their energy requirements.
- Present customized solar solutions and prepare proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, builders, industries, institutions, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project feasibility.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (solar industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
