Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote Cloudhouse services including ERP, CRM, Website Development, Mobile App Development, DevOps Services, Cloud Hosting, and Custom Software Solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of software services and IT solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, Website Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud Hosting, or IT Services.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and LinkedIn lead generation will be an added advantage.
