The Sr. Executive – Application is responsible for handling student application documentation, data management, document verification, and coordination with students to ensure accurate and timely processing of admission applications.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Explain admission application documentation requirements to students.
Collect, scan, and organize documents submitted by students.
Enter complete and accurate registered student details in trackers, ensuring all required fields are updated.
Create and maintain individual document folders for all registered students and upload scanned documents in respective folders.
Verify student documents on university or application portals.
Update and maintain document verification reports in coordination with MF (as applicable).
Conduct follow-up calls with students for:
Pending or missing documents
Clarifications and corrections
Application-related updates
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of student records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
Adhere to documentation SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.
Submit regular status updates and reports to the reporting manager.
