Internship Levels
1. University Level
- Learn HR fundamentals and recruitment basics.
- Understand organizational structure and workplace culture.
- Develop communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Complete HR assignments and practical learning activities.
2. Corporate Level
- Participate in real recruitment and hiring processes.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Learn employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Gain exposure to corporate HR operations and policies.
3. Founder Level
- Work closely with leadership and management teams.
- Learn strategic hiring and workforce planning.
- Understand startup growth, team building, and business operations.
- Gain insights into leadership, decision-making, and organizational development.
