An Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of a company. The main duties include:
- Maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Preparing sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Managing cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Preparing GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related work.
- Handling bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing invoices and maintaining billing records.
- Assisting in audit and taxation work.
- Maintaining salary, payroll, and employee payment records.
- Monitoring loan accounts, EMI schedules, and bank transactions.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit & loss account, and financial statements.
- Coordinating with banks, auditors, and government departments.
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
