This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Operations position at ProV Foods in Mumbai - Andheri.
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Handle end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) processing across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Q-commerce channels.
- Ensure timely PAN India stock deliveries within defined TAT by coordinating with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and chain implants.
- Coordinate with respective transport provider and get the necessary arrangements done.
- Manage order fulfillment operations, dispatch planning, invoicing coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure smooth execution.
- Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in demand forecasting, business planning, sales analysis, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate vendor portal management, appointment scheduling, and documentation processes for seamless order execution.
- Maintain and update trackers for Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), Proof of Delivery (PODs), and inventory movement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve execution-related challenges.
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive coordination, efficient communication, and service-oriented execution.
- Contribute to improving sales performance and operational efficiency through effective planning and process management.
Skills:
- Precise Data Entry: Proficient in accurate and efficient in data entry
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, and other external partners.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and communication.
- Must have experience into Transport coordination, Supply Chain Management
- Must hold good communication skills.
- Must be a graduate
