We are looking for a highly motivated Dealer Development Executive responsible for identifying, appointing and growing our dealer network across North India.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, building material industry and dealer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Dealer Acquisition
- Identify potential aluminium fabricators and dealers.
- Identify uPVC dealers looking to expand into aluminium systems.
- Develop new dealer network in assigned territories.
- Conduct dealer meetings and presentations.
- Explain TOTALIS product range and business model.
- Complete dealer onboarding process.
Market Development
- Survey assigned territories.
- Map competitor dealers.
- Identify market gaps.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build long-term dealer relationships.
- Increase brand visibility.
Sales Development
- Achieve monthly dealer appointment targets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist dealers in generating first orders.
- Coordinate with internal sales team.
- Support dealers during project discussions.
Technical Coordination
- Explain aluminium system advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Coordinate technical support.
- Assist with quotations.
- Coordinate project inquiries.
Relationship Management
- Regular dealer visits.
- Resolve dealer concerns.
- Maintain dealer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term partnerships.
- Increase dealer productivity.
Reporting
Maintain daily reports regarding:
- Dealer visits
- New leads
- Appointments
- Market intelligence
- Competitor activities
- Monthly sales
- Customer feedback
