- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Perform regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to ensure quality goals are met.
- Provide training and support on quality standards and processes.
- Suggest and implement continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
