Position: Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable web applications with expertise in frontend development, Node.js backend development, and MongoDB. Candidates with experience in creating interactive designs, animations, and visual elements using code/HTML/CSS/JavaScript will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across frontend and backend platforms
- Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Design, manage, and optimize database structures using MongoDB
- Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable code components
- Develop engaging UI elements, animations, and interactive experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks
- Collaborate closely with React Native developers to ensure smooth integration between web and mobile applications
- Work with UI/UX designers to convert designs and prototypes into functional, high-quality interfaces
- Participate in discussions around product features, technical solutions, and improvements
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability
- Contribute to code reviews and follow development best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development
- Good understanding of MongoDB, database design, queries, and optimization
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
- Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX workflows
- Ability to create animations and interactive UI experiences using code is a plus
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UI animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar
- Experience with SVG animations and interactive web elements
- Understanding of fintech/financial applications is an advantage
- Experience with deployment and cloud platforms is a plus
