About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud-based product. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, business, and stakeholders to build products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for successful product launches.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in the IT industry.
- Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Experience creating PRDs, wireframes, user stories, and product roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and modern web/mobile applications.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
