- Diagnose hardware problems in laptops and desktops
- Repair or replace faulty components.
- Assemble and disassemble laptop/desktop systems
- Troubleshoot Laptop/Desktop issues.
- Replace damaged laptop parts.
- Maintain tools and equipment used in hardware servicing
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and cleaning
- Test systems after repairs to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain records of repairs and replaced parts
- Provide hardware upgrade services as per client requirements
