- Serve as the primary point of contact for all private buyout enquiries at Late Checkout responding promptly and professionally via phone email and WhatsApp.
- Communicate package details pricing and inclusions confidently and clearly to a discerning guest segment with high expectations.
- Guide guests through the full booking journey from enquiry to proposal to menu tasting to contracting to final confirmation.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure proposed packages are realistic deliverable and aligned with the guest's expectations.
- Schedule and manage tastings walkthroughs and site visits ensuring a seamless and well organised experience for prospective clients.
- Liaise between the guest and operations team to align on logistics timelines and event day requirements.
- Track all sales enquiries follow ups and conversions using Google Sheets and Excel and maintain an accurate current pipeline.
- Monitor performance against monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the Banquet Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely collection of deposits and balance payments in line with agreed payment schedules.
- Handle guest objections negotiations and last minute changes with professionalism and composure.
- Maintain thorough documentation of contracts confirmations and communication for every booking.
- Proactively identify and personalise key guest touchpoints from the first response to an enquiry through to event day details finding small thoughtful ways to exceed a guest's expectations rather than simply meeting the brief.
- Flag opportunities for the team to go above and beyond for a guest and follow through on them even when it means bending standard process to deliver a genuinely memorable experience.
Key Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate assertively with a discerning and demanding client base.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales guest relations or F&B operations. Prior operational experience in F&B strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for pipeline tracking reporting and performance monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a polished professional presentation.
- Highly organised detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple enquiries and timelines simultaneously.
- Target driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Chrome's Head Office in Khar and Late Checkout as required for tastings and site visits.
- Graduate in any discipline. Hospitality management background is a plus.
- A genuine hospitality instinct. Someone who notices the small details reads what a guest actually needs even when unstated and takes pride in going above and beyond for guests who expect nothing less.
