Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Executive to generate sales through digital platforms, manage customer inquiries, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with online marketplaces and social media, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, social media, company website, and online marketplaces.
- Generate new sales leads through digital marketing, social media, and B2B platforms.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs, and pricing with customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
