Role Overview
H2S is a growing startup in the Ayurvedic, wellness, and sexual wellness category. We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can manage the brand’s social media platforms while also appearing in content as the on-camera face of the brand.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable planning social media content, creating reels, presenting wellness-related topics on camera, and building an engaging online presence for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Create and appear in Instagram reels, short-form videos, product explainers, and promotional content.
- Represent the brand as a content creator and on-camera presenter for wellness and lifestyle topics.
- Collaborate with the creative team (video editors and designers) to produce engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, and influencer-style content.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and digital presence.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
- Ability to plan content strategies and social media campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest or familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, or personal care content is a plus.
