Urgently hiring Civil Project Manager oversees civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and up to code. Must having experience 10-12years Age-40+ Should be BE Civil
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines (e.g., Gantt charts), and defining scope to keep projects on track.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitoring expenditures, managing project budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure financial viability.
- Site Supervision and Execution: Managing site crew, coordinating subcontractors, and directing on-site construction, including RCC, piling, and finishing works.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring all work adheres to legal regulations, building codes, and quality standards, including obtaining necessary permits.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks—such as material shortages or site hazards—and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the central point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Safety Management: Enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe job site
Two wheeler is a must. Should be of age group above 45+ years. Candidate should be located 15 km in and around kanakapura road Bangalore
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
