Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible and people-friendly Couple Coordinator to coordinate and support couples, maintain smooth communication, and ensure that all assigned activities and requirements are handled properly. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to coordinate with different people.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with couples and understand their requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with couples and provide necessary updates.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and activities.
- Follow up with couples and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal staff and other relevant teams.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Handle queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for couples.
- Prepare daily/weekly coordination reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional behavior at all times.
Educational Qualification :
- B.Sc. Psychology
- M.Sc. Psychology / relevant M.Sc / B.Sc with Life science Stream.
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Friendly, patient, and responsible attitude.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates from Sathyamangalam and nearby areas are preferred.
