Job Summary
Hiring CAE Modelers across multiple automotive CAE domains, including Frame Model Build, Powertrain NVH, FNA Safety Model Build, Body & Frames CAE, and FOE PT Safety.
Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience in FE modeling and meshing using Hyper Mesh and related CAE tools.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves CAD cleanup, model build and verification, sheet metal and plastic component meshing, safety and NVH model development, connection creation, quality checks, and assembly-level integration.
Applicants should possess strong automotive domain knowledge, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality models within project timelines.
Skill Requirements
CAE Modeler with 1–5 years of experience in FE modeling and meshing using HyperMesh (preferred), ANSA, SimLab, OptiStruct, or Nastran.
Strong knowledge of CAD cleanup, model verification, geometry defeaturing, quality checks, sheet metal, plastic, casting, and powertrain component meshing.
Experience in safety and NVH model build, seam welds, 1D/2D connections, vehicle assembly integration, penetration/intersection resolution, and solver deck validation.
Experience with powertrain systems, safety modeling,HM, ANSA, LS-DYNA, Teamcenter, OptiStruct, Nastran, or SimLab will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of automotive structures, powertrain systems, material properties, modal analysis, mass and CG checks, and FE model review. Familiarity with Teamcenter, LS-DYNA, BOM management, and stakeholder coordination is desirable.
