Job description:
The Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role includes preparing concept designs, coordinating with consultants, ensuring statutory approvals, managing project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
- Prepare master plans, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, DCPR, NBC, fire, and environmental norms.
- Manage submissions and approvals from government authorities.
- Review architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and design staff.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project management teams.
- Review material specifications and approve design changes.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Prepare presentations and design reports for management and clients.
Senior Architect Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
- Project Management from NICMARC.
- Experience in Projects , Estimation and contracts.
- The relevant state license.
- A good portfolio and 10-12 years of work experience as an Architect.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
