The Training Executive will be responsible to develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct training and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
Role & Responsibility:
1. Conducting training and assessments.
2. Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
5. Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
7. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Skills Required:
1. Ability to convey information clearly and engage learners during training sessions.
2. Staying updated on modern training techniques, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
3. Understanding handsets, mobile devices, and related technology.
4. Should be good in content crafting.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word etc.)
Reporting:
· Reporting to Training Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Graduation/Master Degree.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
