We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Designer/Video Editor to join our growing digital media team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience creating engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content, with the ability to turn professionally shot footage into high-quality, attention-grabbing videos.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools for generating video clips, AI voiceovers, visual effects, image/video generation, and other content workflows is highly preferred. A creative mindset and willingness to explore new AI technologies will be a strong advantage.
You should have a strong eye for transitions, pacing, storytelling, music, sound effects, captions, visual effects and current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts
- Edit real estate videos, property tours, luxury home videos and promotional content
- Edit makeup, beauty, fashion and lifestyle videos
- Create creative transition-based videos
- Add professional transitions, effects, animations and motion graphics
- Perform colour correction and colour grading
- Add music, sound effects, captions, subtitles and text animations
- Create strong hooks and engaging pacing for short-form content
- Use AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow, creativity and efficiency
- Incorporate VFX and visual effects when required
- Reformat and optimize videos for different social media platforms
- Keep up with current Instagram and TikTok trends, editing styles and viral formats
- Work with provided footage and creative direction while also bringing your own creative ideas
Required Skills
Strong experience with three or more of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
