We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Design to lead our electrical design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, engineering, review, and execution of projects involving LT Panels, VFD Panels, DCS & PLC Panels, and Weighing Systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- 10 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Design & Engineering team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Prepare, review, and approve electrical design documents, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
- Design and develop: LT Panels , VFD Panels, DCS Panels , PLC Panels, Industrial Weighing Systems
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of electrical control panel design and industrial automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with: EPLAN, E3 Series, AutoCAD
- Other relevant design and engineering software meeting current industry standards.
- Good understanding of electrical standards, panel manufacturing practices, and industrial control systems.
- Strong project management, leadership, and team-handling capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
