About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Visualization Artist with strong expertise in Autodesk 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to create stunning, photorealistic architectural renders and visual presentations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and real-estate projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for composition, lighting, materials, and architectural detailing, with the ability to transform CAD/BIM drawings into high-quality visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic exterior and interior architectural renders using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
- Develop high-quality 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, Revit models, and design references.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, vegetation, and assets to achieve premium visual quality.
- Set up professional lighting, cameras, and compositions for architectural presentations.
- Produce high-resolution still images, walkthrough animations, and presentation visuals.
- Optimize heavy scenes and manage large-scale projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Perform post-production enhancements using Photoshop and related software.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Strong expertise in Corona Renderer.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Lighting and rendering techniques
- PBR materials and texturing
- Architectural composition and camera setup
- Real-world scale and detailing
- Experience with:
- Photoshop
- Forest Pack
- Chaos Cosmos
- Quixel Megascans
- Revit workflows (preferred)
- Ability to create ultra-photorealistic architectural visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end architectural renders.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, and master-planning projects.
- Knowledge of animation and Unreal Engine is an added advantage.
