- B.E./B.Tech. Civil with 4+ years’ purchase experience in real estate/construction. • Good knowledge of construction materials, BOQ and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and cost-control skills. • Experience with ERP, procurement, inventory and timely material purchase.
