W*e are looking for an Experienced Draftsman* to join our architectural and technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate working drawings, permit drawings, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects while supporting our 3D Designer with technical drafting and detailing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare working drawings, permit drawings, and construction drawings.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with the 3D Designer, architects, and site team.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and ready for site execution.
Requirements
- Preferred Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Civil Draftsman candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
- Minimum 1years of experience as a Draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and construction detailing will be an added advantage.
