About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury events and weddings?
We're looking for a Bride's Right Hand Intern to work closely with an HNI bride throughout her wedding journey. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury wedding planning, coordination, and personal assistance while creating unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bride's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate with designers, makeup artists, photographers, wedding planners, and other vendors.
- Accompany the bride for shopping, trials, fittings, meetings, and venue visits.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, logistics, and last-minute changes.
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure every task is completed on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of coordination to ensure seamless execution throughout the wedding journey.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Eligibility
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to travel and work extended hours when required.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
