A System and Networking Administrator typically requires the following qualifications:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. With JAVA fullstak
- Alternatively, a Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Technology with relevant experience may be accepted by some organizations.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of JAVA FULL STACK , Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
- Firewall and network security management.
- Backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Basic cloud administration (e.g., Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an advantage.
Certifications (Preferred)
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified certifications (Windows Server/Azure)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent Linux certification
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in system and network administration (depending on the role).With java basis devolepment
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Typical Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, computers, and network infrastructure.
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
- Perform software updates, patches, and security checks.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and data backups.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues.
