Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end lead generation process, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and expanding key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and tracking performance metrics against business targets. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in client meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial principles, including market analysis and revenue growth strategies.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and professional correspondence.
- Experience in account management, with a focus on relationship building, retention, and upselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services or a related industry.

Pay: ₹11,546.41 - ₹40,943.47 per month
