Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of BG & Corporate Insurance Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling Bank Guarantee (BG), Surety Bond, Corporate Insurance coordination, tender-related documentation, and client management.
The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance, banking, trade finance, tender processes, or corporate client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end coordination for Bank Guarantee (BG) and Surety Bond processes
- Coordinate with banks, insurance companies, and corporate clients
- Collect and verify client documents for BG/Surety Bond issuance
- Review tender documents and understand BG requirements
- Manage corporate insurance-related coordination and policy processing
- Follow up for approvals, quotations, issuance, and renewals
- Maintain MIS reports and status tracking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, accounts, and operations
- Ensure timely processing and closure of cases
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Bank Guarantee (BG) and Surety Bond process
- Understanding of General/Corporate Insurance
- Tender documentation knowledge
- Client coordination and communication skills
- Documentation and verification handling
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Follow-up and coordination abilities
- Understanding of trade finance processes is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, Trade Finance, or Tender Industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
