We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter to join our cafeteria team at Wellphy Medical Hub. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth cafeteria operations while providing excellent service to patients, bystanders, and staff, with a strong focus on hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take and manage meal bookings for admitted patients and their bystanders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate effectively with the cafeteria team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Act as a communication link between in-house patients and cafeteria/team members
- Maintain clear communication and build strong working relationships with all staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafeteria area
- Assist in handling patient and visitor queries politely and efficiently
Requirements
- Prior experience as a waitress in hotels or restaurants is preferred
- Strong hospitality mindset and customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with relevant experience in the hospitality industry will be given priority
