Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Handle office maintenance activities and liaise with external agencies
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to management
- Maintain records of courier dispatch and receipt
- Manage insurance renewals and related documentation
- Monitor and maintain FASTag accounts
- Arrange cabs and local transportation as required
Credit Card Management:
- Maintain records of corporate credit cards
- Track usage, payment due dates, and monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate with banks for card-related issues and renewals
- Ensure timely payments and proper documentation
Employee & Guest Support:
- Arrange accommodation, food, and transportation for employees and visitors
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders
Inventory & Compliance:
- Maintain inventory records of administrative supplies
- Ensure adherence to office safety and security procedures
- Support management with additional administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently
