Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to expand our Ayurveda product range across retail and wholesale markets in assigned cities. The role involves field sales, distributor development, and local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand network of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Generate sales by promoting company’s Ayurveda products
- Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and channel partners
- Execute local marketing activities (banners, sampling, campaigns, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities in nearby towns and cities
- Travel frequently to neighbouring cities for market expansion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales / FMCG / Pharma / Ayurveda
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge of assigned city
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality
Compensation Structure
- First 3 Months (Probation Period):
- → Commission-based earnings (high incentive structure)
- Post Probation:
