HR Manager – Interior Design Industry
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our interior design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with management to build a productive, professional, and positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site-based positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and team-building programs.
- Monitor discipline, workplace ethics, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and provide management with workforce insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
