Job Summary
ICA Edu Skills is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Manager to handle student placements, employer coordination, and center engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating placement opportunities, conducting student interactions, coordinating with HR teams, and visiting centers for placement support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and develop new job vacancies and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies and HR professionals for recruitment drives and interviews.
- Conduct regular student interaction sessions regarding placement readiness and career guidance.
- Visit different centers for placement support, employer coordination, and operational activities.
- Attend HR meetings and maintain strong corporate relationships.
- Ensure placement targets are achieved across assigned centers.
- Maintain placement records, interview schedules, and placement reports.
- Support students with interview preparation, job matching, and follow-ups.
Travel & Work Structure
- 10 Days: Travel for center visits, employer meetings, and placement activities.
- 20 Days: Work from Head Office for HR meetings, reporting, coordination, and student interaction activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good corporate networking and coordination ability.
- Knowledge of placement operations and recruitment process.
- Ability to handle multiple centers and travel frequently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

As per company norms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
