Experience : 3 -5 Years In Automobile Industry 4 wheeler segment mandatory

Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage daily workshop operations.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Service Advisors, Technicians, and staff.
- Achieve service revenue and profitability targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations.
- Monitor productivity and technician utilization.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Implement service standards and safety policies.
- Conduct training and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department.
Qualification & Skills :
- Leadership and team management.
- Customer handling and communication.
- Workshop/service management knowledge.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- MS Excel, DMS, and system proficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
