Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector 83, Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience and will be responsible for driving core HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create precise job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate and conduct structured interview processes and facilitate offer negotiations.
Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
- Coordinate Performance Review cycles — goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Assist managers in writing meaningful KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Analyze performance trends and recommend learning & development interventions.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and documentation accurately.
- Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).
- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs as needed.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance data, and manager inputs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.
- Track training effectiveness and report outcomes to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite — especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Experience in Digital Marketing & IT company environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment marketing.
