Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring needs across multiple functions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on role fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and up to date.
- Provide regular hiring updates to the HR team and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Ensure positions are closed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hiring for education, EdTech, sales, or corporate roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.
