Sales & Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
This is a front-line sales role focused on client acquisition, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
The role owns first-stage client engagement and supports mandate conversion.
Key Responsibilities
· New client acquisition and relationship building
· Pipeline and CRM management
· TAM (Total Addressable Market) ownership
· Lead qualification and first-stage meetings
· Proposal coordination and follow-ups
· BD planning and execution
· Client retention support
Targets & Metrics
10–15 meetings per month
2–3 conversions per month
Pipeline tracking and revenue contribution
Candidate Profile
5–10 years in business development
Experience in professional services preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and resilient mindset
Qualification:
Any Graduate with Sales & BD Experience, MBA would be an added advantage
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
