JOB BRIEF (DESCRIPTION)
We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to develop and execute exploratory tests to ensure product quality.
Role & Responsibilities (Quality Assurance Associate)
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to understand project scope and testing needs.
- Design, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for web applications, admin/web panels, and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and UI/UX testing across multiple platforms.
- Conduct Website Testing to ensure responsiveness, compatibility, usability, performance consistency, and defect-free functionality across browsers and devices.
- Execute Web Panel Testing to validate backend/admin workflows, role-based access, data accuracy, reports, and dashboard functionality.
- Perform Mobile Application Testing on both Android and iOS devices, validating app performance, UI consistency, navigation, API response behavior, installation flows, and device compatibility.
- Validate cross-browser compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and different screen resolutions.
- Manage and maintain bug tracking reports using Google Sheets / Excel, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management and status updates.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, designers, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, QA reviews, release discussions, and testing estimations.
- Verify API-integrated features through response validation and functional flow testing.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, release sign-off reports, and quality metrics.
- Perform API Testing using Postman, including request/response validation, status code verification, payload validation, authentication checks, error handling, and API workflow testing.
- Stay updated with the latest manual testing methodologies, tools, mobile testing practices, and QA industry standards.
MANDATORY- Minimum 1 year to maximum 3 years of experience in QA(Manual Testing)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Manual Testing experience .
- Strong experience in Website Testing, Webpanel Testing, Mobile App Testing (Android & iOS)
- Hands-on API Testing using Postman
- Experience with JIRA, Mantis & Google Excel Sheet
- Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent bug reporting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
