We seek a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to elevate our printing services online presence. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, run advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Responsibilities include crafting posts, making reels/short videos, editing and responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Proficiency in social media tools, Google Ads, excellent communication skills, and a passion for print media are essential. Experience in graphic design is a must. Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Meta).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc).
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and tools.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a must.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
