Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Coordination, or Customer Service and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Track customer interactions and prepare CRM reports
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication records
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills
