Roles And Responsibility:
Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pricing details.
Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain quotation records.
Manage customer data, sales activities, and opportunities through the CRM system.
Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Generate sales reports, customer reports, and pipeline updates from the CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support regarding quotations, orders, and product information.
Assist the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and administrative support.
Maintain documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and customer communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience working with CRM software.
Strong knowledge of quotation preparation and sales documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role preferred.
Experience:
1–5 years of experience in sales coordination, quotation management, and CRM operations.
