Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day human resource operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR policies.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave records.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education, training, or service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
- HR certification or relevant training is a plus.
