We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our hotel sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting hotel services to corporate and individual clients. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events, and hospitality services.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Hospitality Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Hotels, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Banquet Sales, Guest Relations, or Customer Service backgrounds will be preferred.
