We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing activities of our Supermarket & Hypermarket Group. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing, preferably in the supermarket, hypermarket, retail chain, or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and manage traditional marketing activities, including print, outdoor, in-store branding, events, and local promotions.
- Lead digital marketing through Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
- Increase store footfall, sales, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget, vendors, and marketing team.
- Coordinate with Operations and Store Teams to execute campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8* years* of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Supermarket, Hypermarket, Retail Chain, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
